Roy and Shelley Eklund 

Roy graduated Universal Technical Institute in Phoenix Arizona in 1990 and got his first job at Austin Industrial Refrigeration. He then worked for Petrocelli Service and Austin Refrigeration before starting A&E on July 4th, 1997 with one truck and one dispatcher.

Roy has extensive experience in all aspects of the commercial and residential HVAC industry to include Commercial Air Conditioning, Chiller Systems and Refrigeration. He is a class A, State of Texas Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration licensee holder, and is N.A.T.E. certified. By utilizing the latest variable and two-stage technology available today for high efficiency systems, this skill set led to A&E winning the Most Energy Efficient Home award in San Antonio, two of the last five years. Roy prides himself on being one of the best in the business and in solving problems that others cannot.

Shelley has been dispatching and running the office for over 18 years and now manages the office personnel and implements all software and company IT services. Shelley is a Texas State University alumnae.

Roy and Shelley Eklund have been married for 22 years and have three children.
